The inception of The NMI Knowledge Seminar Series was conceived October 2004 and officially began February 2005, and is held on a Thursday beginning in September and concluding in May each year, with the exception of the month of December, since inception. The idea was born originally to assist local architects in their pursuit of needed continuing education units (CEU) as required by the State of Missouri.
Each seminar in The NMI Knowledge Seminar Series provides educational and professional development opportunities designed to assist and educate architects, engineers, interior designers, and specifiers meet Missouri state continuing education requirements. The seminars, many of which are AIA-accredited, explore pertinent and timely industry topics presented by experts in their field.
The seminar series begins in September each year and concludes in May of the following year with the exception of no seminar held in December. There is no cost to attend the seminars held at The Heights in Richmond Heights, Missouri at noon. A lunch is provided and all attendees leave the seminar with a certificate of completion for one hour of professional development.
Negwer is the only company of its kind to develop an enhanced educational seminar series to assist local architects, engineers, interior designers, and specifiers in this way.
