On December 3, 2018 USG announced that effective with shipments on and after Wednesday, January 2, 2019, USG will increase price on sheetrock® brand 1" liner panels.

The increase applies to the following three products:

• Sheetrock® brand 1" glass-mat liner panels Mold Tough®
• Sheetrock® brand 1" Mold Tough® gypsum liner panels
• Sheetrock® brand 1" gypsum liner panels
