On March 5, 2021, National Gypsum announced it will implement price increases effective with shipments on or after April 5, 2021 on the listed products as follows:

• 20% - All Gold Bond®  Gypsum Wallboard Products (Includes all DEXcell®  Glass Mat Roof Board & DEXcell®  FA Glass Mat Roof Board)
• 5% - All ProForm®  Interior Finishing Products
• 5% - All PermaBASE®  Cement Board Products
