On January 21, 2021, Rockfon announced that due to rising costs of raw materials, they will be increasing prices in the U.S. & Canada on the following products/systems effective March 1, 2021:

• Rockfon Chicago Metallic Grid - 10%
• Rockfon Stone Wool Tile Systems - 7%
• Rockfon Specialty Metal Ceilings Products - 10%

In addition to Rockfon's March 1, 2021 price increase, Rockfon announced a second increase for the U.S. & Canada for May 3, 2021 on the following products:

• Rockfon Chicago Metallic Grid - 10%
• Rockfon Specialty Metal Ceilings Products - 10%
